Meet our Executive Director
David Kemp III
He is a passionate ambassador for youth development, community progress and economic growth, persistent to help young people and their families achieve their dreams and transform the community of Battle Creek. A native of Battle Creek, Michigan, Kemp has served in a variety of capacities to help create positive change in his hometown. In 2016, Kemp launched the Agape Mentorship Program that has impacted more than 1,000 individuals through community outreach programming. He founded the organization because of his love for students. Since 2015, Kemp has worked with the Battle Creek Public Schools as a substitute teacher and mentor where he has built long lasting relationships with students.
